With the Grace of Jagadguru Shree Kripaluji
Maharaj, Rangeeli Mahal Pratishthan was founded by H.D.
Swami Prakashanand Saraswati in 1996. The
majestic Satsang Bhavan of Rangeeli Mahal, called Vishwa Kalyan
Kendra, was built in 2000. We
are also going to build a charitable hospital for the villagers.
Rangeeli Mahal building is mainly residential with 20
guest rooms where Shree Maharajji resides and Vishwa Kalyan Kendra
has 4 dormitories (66' by 66'), 48 rooms, 2 large basements and a special satsang
hall of 20,000 square feet which is one of the largest satsang halls
of India. The building has a 12-foot wide verandah on all the four
sides.
A spacious hall has especially been constructed for
establishing the library of all of our scriptures for research
scholars. It has four indoor water bodies which are beautified with
colorful fountains. In July, 2000 we had the largest function during
Guru Poornima
where about 6,000 people participated and
about 1,000 people stayed for about two months. Shree Maharajji
abundantly showered the nectar of Braj ras and the swinging
leelas of Radha Rani, and revealed a new series of soul-catching chantings of Radha Krishn leelas.
The greatness of Barsana
The district where Radha Krishn descended in Their
absolute Divine beauty (about 5,000 years ago) is called Braj or
Mathura district. Barsana is the descension place of Radha Rani, the
Soul of Krishn. It is the center of all the Braj leelas.
To serve the supreme Divinity Radha Krishn and to
receive Their loving Grace, all the important gods and goddesses of
the celestial abodes took birth as human beings in Braj; God Shiv,
assuming the form of a maiden of Braj joined the group of the
Gopis, and the supreme Creatress of the universe Mahalakchmi,
began to live in Braj, using Her abilities to beautify the grounds
of the Braj where Radha Krishn walked, played, and rejoiced. With
these references one can assume the Spiritual greatness of Vrindaban
and Barsana (India).
